Although the room is small compared to North American rooms, the space was used to maximum advantage so it was very comfortable. It was spotless. The location was great - close to both subway and JR station. Great shopping and restaurants in Canal City, a 10 minute walk away. Room was quiet and elevators were prompt.
T%he pillows were Japanese style and very lumpy and felt light there were large pieces of grain inside.

Our room was tidy, new-fashioned and equipped with an extra pillow in the double and a good massage chair, as example. We had a well priced and good breakfast meal with fish and rice, as example at the restaurant...

We had a really great stay at this hotel in Fukuoka! the location was fantastic, right next to Gion station and close to Hakata and Tenjin. It made exploring the city super convenient. Secondly, the staff were really helpful, even with limited English they went out of their way to assist us. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed including an extra pillow and a bathtub. Plus, they served a delicious breakfast with different options included in our rate.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

Convenient location near the Gion subway station. Try the "Ramen" noodles in one of the hawker stalls that spring up in the evening further down the street
The room was somewhat cramped and small but that is not uncommon in Japanese hotels

The breakfast options offered good value for the price. the fact that the staff kept our bags for us after we checked out made our New Year's Eve travels much easier. the hotel's location was very convenient and allowed us to explore the surrounding area with ease.
Sadly, our room was quite cramped and didn't provide much space for our luggage and belongings.

The size of the deluxe double room was very generous for Japanese standards. And it comes with an air purifier and humidifier in the room and a trousers press.
